The sofa bed 1 ½ square and was considered x 1 adult but can also be used x 2 children. N.B. in each apartment you can add a cot x 1 boy and / or baby cot.
The Morellino, Gallo Nero, Galestro, Sangiovese and Tignatello apartments (+ Maramaldo) are part of the main large structure (farmhouse). While Sassicaia and Brunello are parts of the smallest structure (Cottage) in its own right far c.ca 30/40 mt. from the main. The swimming pool measures 11m x 6m on a depth of 1.5m
In high season stays are required with a minimum of 7 nights with arrivals / departures on Saturday; in other seasons is possible to stay for shorter periods and also with arrivals / departures different from Saturday
The check-in time in high season is from 3.30 to 4.00 pm while in the off season is scheduled 2.30 at 3.00 pm. Upon request we can arrange a check-in to a custom time.
The small dogs are allowed on request

The apartments must be vacated by 10am on day of departure

Any damage caused and / or missing items will be charged on the final bill.

Guests will have to take a civil behavior in respect of others

The use of the pool and the lake underage must be supervised with due care on the part of a parent or legal guardian.

The management accepts no responsibility for theft or loss of personal belongings of customers and damage to parked vehicles.

The vehicles must be parked in their parking after unloading luggage
